Sales Manager
Will be responsible for
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Cultivating new business relationships within the South Florida region (from Islamorada to Jupiter)
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Maintaining current business relationships
- Organizing appointment calendar
- Meeting with clients on and off site
The perfect Sales Manager will be
- Detail oriented (we’re all a little OCD around here!)
- Seriously outgoing and in love with networking, lunching, and meeting new faces
- A self-starter and self-motivated
- Awesome at communications and will love chatting on the phone and answering emails
- Experienced in the events industry
- A lover of weddings and all things vintage and pretty
- Full of creative ideas
This is a full time position based out of our location in the Bird Road Art District in Miami, Florida. Work-weeks will be Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm with a select few required evenings each month.
Delivery Crew Member
Will be responsible for
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Lifting and moving furniture up to 100 lbs
- Prepping and packing all orders for events
- Safely transporting vintage furniture all over South Florida
- Properly reading and following floor plans and invoices
- Executing detailed set-ups of furniture at South Florida venues
- Upkeep of truck, warehouse, and cleanliness of inventory
The perfect Delivery Crew Member will be
- Friendly and outgoing with great customer service skills
- Punctual, organized, flexible
- Have excellent spacial reasoning skills (think real-life Tetris games involving vintage furniture)
- Awesome at navigation of South Florida streets
- A capable driver with clean driving record and able to drive a 26’ box truck
This is a part time position paid by the hour. Weekend and evening availability is a must. Hours will vary greatly and will depend on availability and ability to perform. Most shifts will take place on weekends with deliveries between 9am and 2pm and pick-ups between 11pm and 2am as well as packing and restocking shifts on Mondays and Fridays between 10am and 5pm. Most shifts will start and end in our warehouse in the Bird Road Art District in Miami, Florida.
Media Intern
Will be responsible for
- Assisting with managing social media outlets
- Blog posts on a weekly (or more often) basis
- Sending out monthly newsletters
- Assist styling team with post production of shoots
The perfect Media Intern will be
- Interested in the events industry
- A lover of weddings and all things vintage and pretty
- Proficient in WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Pinterest and other social media outlets
- A creative genius with words
This is a part time, unpaid position with a minimum of 10 hours per week for the duration of 10-15 weeks (with room to grow!) based out of our location in the Bird Road Art District in Miami, Florida.
