Meet Jade, a Florida native and the owner of Unearthed Rentals. Jade has been in the event industry since 2006. She is the definition of entrepreneur – owning more than just Unearthed Rentals, Jade is also the owner of Island Party Rentals and Boozie Bluebell. Her energy is unmatched and she is the ultimate leader. Her favorite part about the industry is the innovation and ever changing day to day! “People who work in the party rental industry are builders, creators, planners, logistic geniuses with strict timelines… it is like no other industry. You can’t necessarily be trained in this field, you have to be passionate.” On top of it all, Jade still finds the time to make it a priority to be an amazing wife and mother to her two children, Chase and Capri. A true powerhouse!


Meet Savannah, our sales manager. Savannah works directly with our clients to ensure a positive experience. She is extremely organized and strives to ease the planning process for our clients and team. While coordinating the orders with our clients, she also assists Jade with day-to-day tasks. Savannah loves to create designs with our collection and to be on site to watch the events come to life. She enjoys working alongside our team seeing the action take place. “The event industry has always been a field that I wanted to be involved in. I love to be a part of moments that mean so much to people! To know that I was a little piece in helping create these memories for our clients, makes all of the hard work worthwhile. It’s inspiring to work in this industry and I am grateful to finally know what it feels like to absolutely LOVE my job!” Savannah is married and has one child, Brooks.


Meet Vic, our general manager. Vic is the brains behind the entire operation of planning our schedules for our clients and team. Vic coordinates all of the routes for our events, which includes managing our team and truck operations. Vic doesn’t stop there though… he also enjoys being on site with the team setting up events. Vic’s twenty-five years of experience in the industry make him an expert on and off the field. The work that he creates is precise and shows great skill. He is the ultimate definition of hard-working. Vic is married to Luna with three children, Natalie, Roberto, and Nikki. He is also blessed with a grandchild, Julien.


Meet Luna, or as we like to call her “mini-beast”. She is so powerful, not only with her strength, but also her mind-power. Luna is our inventory manager. She is the mastermind behind all of our inventory. Luna has experience in the event industry for over twenty-three years. Not only does Luna have the brain power to manage our collection, but she also enjoys being on site with our team for event setups. Seeing Luna on site is impressive… Her strength is like no other! Luna is married to Vic with three children, Natalie, Roberto, and Nikki. She is also blessed with a grandchild, Julien.


Meet Roberto, our team lead. Roberto has over ten years of experience in the event industry. He displays a true model of hard-working. Roberto is on site for many events, delivering our collection pieces and setting them up to the client’s vision. Roberto operates at lightning speed. No job is too big or complicated for Roberto. Roberto has great time management skills and is a true warrior in the field. You are always in great hands with our team especially when Roberto is on site with you!
