Unearthed has evolved to become South Florida’s first choice for design-forward furniture and event rentals, leading the way in the event industry with our carefully curated collection. With a passion to remain the premier rental company for special events in the southeast, we are dedicated to continuously evolving by incorporating new trends with timeless classics. We exist to create memorable experiences through our unique style and innovation.

Jade Smith

Owner, Unearthed Rentals
Meet Jade, a Florida native and the owner of Unearthed Rentals. Jade has been in the event industry since 2006. She is the definition of an entrepreneur, having owned multiple businesses over the years. Her energy is unmatched and she is the ultimate leader. She values her employees and doesn't let her role as an owner affect her from working just as hard right alongside the rest of the team. Her favorite part about the industry is the innovation and the ever-changing day to day! “People who work in the party rental industry are builders, creators, planners, logistic geniuses with strict timelines…it is like no other industry. You can’t necessarily be trained in this field, you have to be passionate.” On top of it all, Jade still finds the time to make it a priority to be an amazing wife and mother to her two children, Chase and Capri. A true powerhouse!

Carla

Director of Sales
Meet Carla, our Director of Sales. With a passion for driving results and building strong client relationships, Carla excels in achieving outstanding sales performance. Residing in Tequesta with her husband and two daughters, she is a proud Florida State alum who combines years of experience with a hardworking attitude. Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, seamlessly balancing her successful career with her personal life to bring a personal touch to everything she does.

Macrae

Director of Operations
Meet Macrae, our director of operations. She is a Native Floridian and has called Martin County home her whole life, living in both Stuart and Palm City. She is fortunate to have grown up in the same town where her father was raised and takes great pride in her family’s deep roots and history in this community. Her strong attention to detail and love for organization naturally led her into her role, where she gets to blend efficiency with creativity to ensure events come together seamlessly. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, spending time at the beach, reading, traveling, and being with family. She's excited for many successful seasons ahead with Jade and our amazing team here at UER.

Savannah

Marketing Director
Meet Savannah, our marketing director. Savannah takes a creative approach to designing our materials, marketing collateral, and content. She is extremely organized and strives to engage our clients with our team. Savannah loves creating designs with our collection and occasionally being on site to watch the events come to life.“The event industry has always been a field that I wanted to be involved in. I love to be a part of moments that mean so much to people! To know that I was a little piece in helping create these memories for our clients, makes all of the hard work worthwhile. It’s inspiring to work in this industry and I am grateful to finally know what it feels like to absolutely LOVE my job! Allowing my creative brain to work has been a fun and rewarding experience." Savannah enjoys spending time with her son, family and friends. She's most likely planning an event of her own to gather everyone, as she loves to host and entertain.

Lucy

Inside Sales Associate
After wearing many different hats in the wedding world, Lucy found her way to Unearthed, where she gets to combine her love for people, design, and creating unforgettable events. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and helping bring their ideas to life! She also loves collaborating with the incredible community of vendors that makes this industry unlike any other. Originally from North Carolina and now happily calling Florida home, Lucy spends her free time soaking up the sunshine with her husband, Chris, and their Goldendoodle, Wally.

Luna

Smallware Inventory Coordinator
Meet Luna, or as we like to call her “mini-beast”. She is so powerful, not only with her strength, but also her mind-power. Luna is our inventory manager. She is the mastermind behind all of our inventory. Luna has experience in the event industry for over twenty-three years. Not only does Luna have the brain power to manage our collection, but she also enjoys being on site with our team for event setups. Seeing Luna on site is impressive… Her strength is like no other! Luna has three children, Natalie, Roberto, and Nikki. She is also blessed with a grandchild, Julien.

Roberto

Logistics Coordinator
Meet Roberto, our logistics coordinator. Roberto has over ten years of experience in the event industry. He displays a strong work ethic, regardless of the task. Roberto manages all team logistics, including setting up deliveries, loading trucks, and managing delivery teams. Roberto's tasks are not only here at the warehouse; he also loves being on site for the events with the team, delivering our collection pieces. No job is too big or complicated for Roberto. Roberto has great time management skills and is a true asset in the field. You are always in great hands with our team, especially when Roberto is on site with you!

Eddie

Warehouse Coordinator
Eddie is a graduate of the University of North Florida, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He spent more than 10 years in the beer industry, gaining extensive experience in business and operations. Today, Eddie works as the warehouse coordinator, a role he enjoys because no two days are ever the same. Every day brings a new challenge, a new situation, and something different to solve, which keeps the job interesting and constantly changing. Eddie has a pilots license and a captains license. Outside of work, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters, Ava and Ashley. He is very involved in his daughters’ sports and activities and loves being there to support and cheer them on. In his spare time, Eddie enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time on the water with his family. He also likes long walks on the beach!
